araC+ParaC+ParaBAD+I-SceI

Product of araC is AraC.ParaC and ParaBAD are two promoters. The direction of them are opposite. One regulates araC, the other regulates I-SceI.I-SceI is an endogenous endonuclease which can recognize a special site. Through this way, the cut of gene in vivo will be realized.
